The first weeks after having a baby are exciting but can also feel overwhelming. I’m here to help you adjust to life as a new parent with care, guidance, and support. My goal is to make this time easier for you, so you can focus on bonding with your baby and feeling confident in your new role.

- Unsure about how to care for your newborn or recover after birth?
- Overwhelmed by all the tasks that might pile up at home?
- Worried about breastfeeding or finding the right resources for your baby’s needs?
Here’s how I’ll help you:
- Overnight Postpartum Visits: From 10pm to 6am, I’ll care for your baby, assist with breastfeeding, and make sure you’re able to rest and recover. You can book up to 3 visits per week for extra help.
- Phone and Email Support: I’ll be available anytime during the first 6 weeks to answer questions, give advice, or simply provide reassurance when you need it most.
- Household Help: I’ll take care of light chores like dishes and laundry so you can focus on resting and spending time with your baby.
- Connections to Resources: If needed, I’ll connect you with trusted lactation consultants, pediatricians, or postpartum support groups to give you extra help.
With my support, you’ll feel more rested, confident, and ready to enjoy these special moments with your baby.
